My Favourite - RED BEAN!

Mom & me go buy 'ang dao seng' today.
'Put more red bean ya,' mom told the hawker.
And I grinned widely :).
Can't stop grinning when I saw him put two big spoons of red bean into the 'ang dao seng'.......wahahaha......I'm so happy!!!

Here's a little facts bout red bean.
Small red bean contains very little fat,only 0.5g per 100g,but contains more sugar 58g per 100g.
(As long as it's low in fat, nothing else matters....hahaha!)

It's healthy obesity diet food. (If you are obese, try this.)
High in vitamin B, it’s good for beriberi patients.

Small red bean has the function of invigorating spleen and stomach,diuresis,and making thin if people eating for a period of time.

So,small red bean has good effect to lose weight.

Richly coloured dried beans offer a high degree of antioxidant.
Infact, small red kidney beans rated the highest just ahead of blueberries.
